Grand Outlet Bali (GOB), a retail complex in Kura Kura Bali’s Special Economic Zone (SEZ), will open for business in early 2026 and is projected to create 1,200 jobs.

“We are very excited about reaching this crucial stage in the Grand Outlet Bali project and look forward to providing a premier shopping facility that not only drives economic expansion but will also play a crucial role in strengthening Bali’s economy,” stated Tuti Hadiputranto, President Director of Bali Turtle Island Development (BTID), during a statement issued Tuesday.
Enhancing Local Businesses
This project aims to strengthen local businesses and contribute to Bali’s projected 7.7% economic growth by 2045. Tuti added that employing and supporting local workers from SEZ Kura Kura Bali Serangan will generate 1,200 jobs while simultaneously supporting community development.

Junichiro Kinoshita, Director of The Grand Outlet Bali from Mitsubishi Estate Indonesia, noted that their efforts show their dedication to developing an environmentally sensitive shopping center.
Eco-Friendly and Culturally Inspired Design.
Grand Outlet Bali will occupy 4.7-hectare land and feature a 3-plus-1-story eco-friendly building designed by Balinese architects to emulate Desa Bhineka – an ancient village with diverse communities located nearby – that will serve as its inspiration. GOB was planned as an international-scale outlet shopping centre.
“Visitors can find a selection of international luxury products, such as fashion, sportswear, children’s items, accessories and beauty products at affordable prices,” Tuti said.
Dining and Views
Visitors can experience a wide selection of dining options and bars with ocean views. The rooftop area will likely become a prime attraction, providing stunning sunset views.
